If you hate DEI culture – don’t work as a creative!

If you want to be a graphics and/or motion designer (while being an Evil White Man™) then you’ll find that 90% of companies who could hire you will have a woke/feminist HR to get past first. This means the following:

  • You’ll likely have to get your CV past a bunch of diversity hires and/or feminists and the market is already competitive so, unless you nuke the competition, you’re looking at years of unemployment.
  • If the economy takes a hit, the creative role is one of the first to be seen as superfluous.
  • Even if you get the job, 9/10 your politics matter more than your skills. This is fine if you like being stuck in an office with woke/gay/immigrant/female managers and coworkers.
  • I’m pretty sure 90% of all white collar jobs are the same as the above unless you can find an oasis of guys who are chill and normal.

The only way to survive in that environment is to be either a) a woman, b) an immigrant, c) gay or d) extremely skilled and experienced and completely neutral politically so that no woke feminist or immigrant can lie to justify getting you fired.

I think the only ‘safe’ creative job for a white, straight, male is Videographer i.e. dealing with heavy(ish) camera equipment, which most women and effeminate men would rather not do.

Thanks to my experience my position is this:

  • DO NOT try to be an actor, graphic designer or any creative role which is inherently political in this age of feminist, immigrant-first supremacy.
  • In the professional world, women are ethnics are untouchable.

I speak from bitter experience so I’m now looking at other options.

Coding/web design is one I’m interested in but again it is a white collar job where you’re applying to corporations who outsource work to immigrants and are looking to eventually replace you with AI. I’m also interested in becoming an electrician but at the moment I’m just exploring the possibility.
