I got cancelled by DEI hires in the UK’s woke Civil Service

This story is fundamentally about ‘the Great Replacement’ in action via feminism, DEI tribalism and tyranny. It is the reason I was kicked out from the Civil Service.

The team I worked on was made up of my line manager; a DEI hire (and recent female Muslim immigrant from Mauritius), a male British/Pakistani DEI hire and later a newly recruited female team leader (someone I frankly found very annoying). After this second girl joined, the two female managers formed an instant feminist cabal and things turned on me pretty quickly after that.

For the record, I believe the UK government is fundamentally anti-white and anti-male and this is mostly expressed indirectly via the one sided class protectionism towards minorities and women i.e. promotion of ‘anti-racism’ (ethnic welfarism towards BAME groups), DEI hiring (hiring/promoting women and non-whites), VAWG, homophobia, islamophobia and anti-semitism (special protections for Women, Gays, Muslim and Jewish interest groups).

The unwritten rule in all of this is the ‘straight, white, male’ archetype is collectively responsible for the grievances (real or imaginary) within the large coalition of interest groups above.

This means that, at least where I worked, should a ‘white, straight, male’ ever manage to get through HR and get a job in Westminster then you better hope you don’t end up with a woke female/gay/immigrant managers. The most hard line amongst them will root out any heretical beliefs and discriminate against you whenever possible. An example of heretical beliefs is suggesting you have a Western European identity and you don’t necessarily believe all immigrants/women are divine creatures.

Many people who read this already are fully aware of politically correct culture but it’s worth telling this story to highlight some of the double standards in practice. Double standards which mean anti-white racism and anti-male sexism is permitted and condoned in the work place (and elsewhere). If you are white, male and straight and ever have a grievance of your own there is basically no recourse. You can try to point out the discrimination, as I did, but it falls on deaf ears and no one cares to check. The only way this will change is if it is resisted and organised against.

My DEI line manager justified my dismissal mainly by claiming she had ‘concerns’ about my conduct and therefore I had to be dismissed. However I know that my ‘dislikability’ was just her seeing me (correctly) as a non-believer in her woke orthodoxy. All of her claims to justify my dismissal were frivolous BS or pure BS… and nothing she said was questioned by anyone with authority despite me telling them it was BS.

This DEI Line Manager did not operate in a vacuum and was helped by at least 2 of her feminist colleagues i.e. one being the new girl boss team leader who joined the team after me and the other being the feminist Deputy Director in the department who probably hired those two.

Below is some evidence I was surrounded by woke activists on the team I was on – this conversation happened a few weeks after the events in Southport in late 2024.

The group chat had the following people:

  • Me (I didn’t comment),
  • ‘A’ – the new Grade 7 girl boss,
  • ‘H’ – my DEI line manager,
  • ‘Y’ – another DEI hire at the same grade as me.

My line manager is the one who brought up the ‘rampant islamophobia’ comment which ‘A’ replies to at the beginning.

There is nothing special about this conversation other than it’s a bunch of entitled, woke Civil Servants stating their common prejudices about ‘rampant islamophobia’, ‘pale and male’ behaviour and ‘racist comments’ within environment that is favourable to them. This however is not innocent. It’s about managers in that team promoting their prejudices and rooting out any heretic who doesn’t agree with them (guess who that ended up being).

I quoted the above conversation in the DEI hire’s final meeting with me and below was her official response in her dismissal letter to me:

I underlined and numbered the main points:

  1. Why is it ‘concerning’ that I saw the comments as indirect discrimination towards me? No explanation given…
  2. If the comments in the team chat were not targeted towards me then the ‘Islamophobic’ comments on social media definitely were not targeted towards her and she had no right to complain (she is a Muslim from Mauritius who brought up ‘Islamophobia’ on X). Why the double standard?

The DEI Line Manager then says ‘In any case…’ in her next sentence, which might as well read ‘I don’t care and anyway what are you going to do about it?’.

It’s probably obvious if you have watched any of my videos on YouTube that I probably qualify as ‘anti-woke’ (aka socially conservative). It’s not necessarily a huge surprise then that I came unstuck in a very woke Comms department of the Civil Service. There were at least 3 or 4 hard-core feminist women in the wider team out of about 15 people so any anti-woke new starter could do fine if managed by someone else there. I don’t envy any other white guy who also ends up working under the two I ended up with though.

In the end, the truly opinionated person in this situation was my Muslim DEI Line Manager and this is what grates with me the most. Why does a first generation, non-European immigrant who has been given a leg up in the UK, have the power to repay that gratitude by smearing my name and getting me kicked out of the Civil Service? This is MY own country and she is a guest here! It is total BS.
